Skills :
IIS/Web Services - troubleshooting and Administration Moderate knowledge of Windows & Linux servers administration.
Security (Certificate renewal Vulnerability management) Basic Networking Scripting/Automation
Roles and Responsibility :
- Ensure optimal performance of all servers by proactively conducting ongoing performance monitoring and by tuning/adjusting as necessary. Good knowledge of Windows & Linux servers administration.
- Required good administrative & troubleshooting knowledge with Microsoft Environment web app and IIS web services.
- Ensure server security (Web Security - SSL/Certificate management TLS/Cipher) by reviewing and implementing approved server policies within the systems.
- Enhance the functionality of systems by developing and modifying scripts or other vehicles to automate system processes. Ideal candidates expected to have moderate scripting knowledge on PowerShell Python or any other scripting language.
- Moderate knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving problems in mission-critical environments.
- Experience in handling production outages and conducting root cause analysis.
