Works closely with ABC business units HR team to ensure 100% adherence to Manpower Budget vs Actual.
Optimize Hiring Source Mix as per the agreed grid

Quality Of Hire

To adhere to the Infant Attrition grid along with agreed Diversity Hires as a % of overall HC budget.

Offer TAT (Hygiene)

To adhere to TAT for sourcing till offer release with onboarding.

HR Compliance (Process Adherence)

Ensures effective documentation at the zone of all important personnel documentation such as joining formalities in a timely and accurate manner with the help of the HR Business partners in the business units.

Adherence to TAT and FTR for all key recruitment processes
