We are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager who can strengthen our financial processes and support the company’s growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience to join our finance team as a Finance Manager. The role involves managing financial operations compliance reporting and supporting strategic decision-making for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
Manage cash flow planning and financial forecasting.
Monitor company financial performance and provide strategic financial insights to management.
Develop and maintain financial models and budgets.
Accounting & Compliance
Ensure accurate accounting and bookkeeping as per applicable accounting standards.
Oversee statutory compliances including GST TDS Income Tax and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with statutory auditors tax consultants and regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance documentation.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare annual budgets and variance analysis reports.
Monitor operational costs and suggest cost optimisation strategies.
Implement internal financial controls and processes.
Financial Operations
Manage accounts payable receivable and vendor payments.
Supervise bank transactions reconciliations and working capital management.
Support management in financial planning investments and strategic decisions.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement
Establish and monitor financial SOPs and internal controls.
Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies and financial governance standards.

Qualification
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Experience
Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience
