Description

Whats the Role:

We are seeking an Infrastructure Support professional to help maintain the stability performance and reliability of critical technology services. The role supports incident problem and change management activities while contributing to continuous improvement across infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daytoday infrastructure support including incident diagnosis issue resolution and timely escalation to ensure service stability and availability.
  • Support problem management activities including root cause analysis and implementation of permanent corrective actions.
  • Assist with change management by logging coordinating and supporting infrastructure changes including postimplementation verification checks.
  • Contribute to infrastructure operations covering backup recovery disaster recovery planning testing and operational readiness.
  • Support capacity planning performance monitoring patching and upgrades to maintain reliable and resilient infrastructure services.
  • Assist with service delivery governance compliance controls and adherence to operational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with vendors partners and thirdparty suppliers to support service delivery issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the development of infrastructure standards guidelines and best practices.



What do I need

  • Relevant IT Mainframe industry experience with at least 3 years in a highly technical role.
  • Experience working in complex IT infrastructure environments including storage management operational management configuration and maintenance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Mainframe Storage Management with handson experience managing IBM DS8000 TS7700 and Brocade SAN technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of GDPS data replication and disaster recovery including experience with complex implementation and recovery scenarios.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving troubleshooting and consultative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams vendors and stakeholders.
