Purpose
This role leads a team of professionals in the customer management where it identifies and develops new and strategic business opportunities and generates profitable revenue streams in line with the business objectives.
Key Missions
Creates owns and delivers the vision and strategic VCP plan for the territory Leads motivates and supports commercial teams Defines and delivers against key targets including revenue EBITDA working capital and new Business wins Owns and develops senior commercial relationships within customer base Develops new and strategic Business opportunities with new and existing customers Extends the scope of products and services delivered to customers Generates new streams of revenue by ensuring the team completes effective sales proposals including all supporting sales cycle activity leading to negotiated and acceptable contractual terms and conditions Manages effectively the resources to deliver the agreed customer requirements Owns responsibility for a sub-region generating revenue below 30 million eurosProfile & Other Information
