Job Summary

We are seeking a General Manager in the CNC Machining industry to oversee the strategic and operational performance of machining operations within multiple facilities in Singapore & Malaysia. This role is essential for driving efficiency quality cost-effectiveness and sustainable growth across the division.

Responsibilities:

Manage the machining operations in various locations ensuring alignment with safety quality and delivery goals.
Promote consistency and share best practices among facilities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet long-term business objectives.
Support growth initiatives and capacity expansion opportunities.
Oversee machining processes and implement methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Drive continuous improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Maintain effective quality management systems.
Monitor the division's financial performance and manage budgets
Track key operational metrics.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support operational improvements.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
15 years in manufacturing with senior leadership experience in machining operations.
Proven ability in managing multiple sites.
A solid background in CNC machining precision engineering aerospace semiconductor or industrial equipment production.
