Job Summary
The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic programs for Amazon Ads AI infrastructure core services that accelerate agentic AI development. This role requires deep technical knowledge in AI/ML systems distributed infrastructure and agentic frameworks with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams building foundational services that enable product teams to ship agents in weeks instead of months. As a TPM you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing agentic AI core infra product roadmap driving agent builder adoption through seamless onboarding experiences influencing technical and business stakeholders across Ads organizations and ensuring the core services scales to support multi-agent workflows stateful runtime and production-grade reliability for advertiser- facing and internal agents.

Strategic Leadership: Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale agentic AI programs ensuring alignment with Amazon Advertisings long-term business and technical goals.
Stakeholder Influence: Partner with leaders stakeholders and internal agent builder teams to align on priorities drive consensus and deliver impactful agentic core infra solutions that scale globally.
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with engineering product from agent and skill builder teams to onboard and utilize agentic core infra to accelerate their roadmaps.
Data-Driven Decisions: Define KPIs and metrics to measure program success identify areas for improvement and provide transparent actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the key connection point between engineering business teams ensuring alignment effective communication and seamless execution.
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 7 years of technical product or program management experience
- 5 years of software development experience
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 8 years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
