In this role you will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery offibreupgrade KPIs across demand and customer experience. Through rigorous commercial analysis combined with deep customer and operational insights you will build the fact base that enables informed tradeoff decisions across sales marketing customeracquisitionand retention. Your work will helpnbnachieve itsfibreupgrade customer growth and revenue targets while shaping the strategic direction of key initiatives. Central to your remit is informing theoptimalpath to copper exit and supporting the scaling of CMDU migrations in a way that balances operational efficiency customerneedsand commercial outcomes.
