- WHS Compliance & Safety Culture: Coordinate WHS activities manage incidents conduct risk assessments and champion a proactive safety culture.
- Audits Reporting & Compliance: Lead WHS audits maintain compliance records analyse safety trends and ensure contractor compliance.
- Training Onboarding & Engagement: Deliver WHS training support onboarding maintain training compliance and coach leaders to strengthen safety capability.
- Continuous Improvement & ESG: Drive continuous improvement by leading environmental audits supporting ESG reporting and enhancing safety and operational performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Advise leaders on WHS requirements liaise with regulators and auditors and influence stakeholders to support safety and compliance outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years experience in a WHS-focused role ideally within hospitality multisite operations or service-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation codes of practice and safety management systems.
- Experience conducting risk assessments audits investigations and corrective action management.
- Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (or working toward).
- Training and facilitation experience (TAE certification desirable but not essential).
- Familiarity with environmental management and ESG reporting is an advantage.
- Experience working with WorkSafe NT inspectors or regulatory bodies preferred.
