We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 35 years of experience in construction real estate or building renovations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads closing sales and managing client relationships for remodeling projects including homes offices schools and other commercial properties. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities within residential and commercial sectors.
Prospect for clients including homeowners property developers schools facility managers and corporate organizations.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of renovation and remodeling projects.
Attend industry events site visits and networking meetings to generate leads.
Client Engagement & Sales Process
Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs scope and budget.
Prepare and present tailored proposals quotations and project timelines.
Collaborate with technical teams (architects engineers project managers) to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
Follow up on project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies.
Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.
Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and market penetration.
Requirements

Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate Construction Management or a related field.
Experience
35 years of proven sales experience in construction real estate building materials or renovation services.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling remodeling services for homes offices schools or commercial buildings is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge
Understanding of construction processes renovation cycles and project costing.
Ability to interpret basic architectural drawings and project specifications.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
