The role holder will be responsible for the efficient running of the Sales Executives Unit. The scope of responsibility spans sales unit profitability product sales customer experience operational excellence and people management among others. The role holder will also be responsible for managing the companys relationship with the local community and stakeholders. The role holder will provide leadership to all sales executives in the unit.
Required Skills:
Generate revenue for the Business
- Recruits train and maintain loyal dedicated and high performing sales executives to achieve sales targets for the sales unit. Responsible for driving sales of all company products through the Sales Executives as dictated by KBOs/KPIs and ensuring that sales unit sales targets are met
Retention of Sales executives
- Maintain highly motivated and high-performing sales executives through training and coaching
- Maintain the right number of active sales executives to achieve sales targets for All products
- Achieve Sales Executives retention targets through effective implementation of incentive schemes designed to motivate and retain the Sales Executives
Sales Planning and Execution
- Formulate implement and review the sales units monthly marketing plans including sales promotion activities to proactively identify new opportunities and increase sales through the sales executives.
Data Management and Reporting
- Effectively manage Sales Executives database and keep it up to date and provide reports to assist the effective and efficient management of the Sales Executives
Competitor Intelligence Gathering
- Keep abreast with current industry trends and provide feedback on competitor information
