DescriptionWhats the role
As a Senior Service Designer youll help shape meaningful customer experiences by leading highimpact design sprints focused on Westpacs most critical customer problems. Sitting within the Customer Experience Office youll work closely with senior stakeholders customers and crossfunctional teams to understand current experiences and design futurestate journeys that are intuitive supportive and impactful.
This role offers a mix of officebased and flexible working and involves running short fastpaced design sprints (typically 25 weeks) to deliver real outcomes for customers and the business.
What do I need
- Experience in strategic or service design particularly working on fastpaced design sprints
- Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading workshops and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders using humancentred design principles
- Experience designing endtoend customer journeys across complex or multichannel services
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and turning insight into tangible outcomes
