What youll do
As a Graduate Design Engineer in our Darwin team youll:
- Own your career while growing your skills through workshops and self-paced learning
- Applyyour technical knowledge and problem-solving skills on live client projects
- Work with diverse multidisciplinary teamsacross engineering advisory and design
- Learn from technical experts and mentors through hands-on guidance
- Progress toward professional accreditation and chartership
- Connect through Limelight our early careers network
What youll bring
- Graduated and available to start full-time in early February 2027
- A relevant engineering degree (completed or near completion)
- Have a passion in building services and managing innovative engineering designs.
- The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Federal Baseline Clearance therefore only Australian Citizens can be considered for this position
- Curiosity and a desire to solve real-world problems
- Strong communication skills and a team-orientated mindset
- Motivation to grow both technical and consulting capability
