Were looking for Dutch and Flemish speakers to join our customer service team based in Athens Greece. Whether you want to relocate to a sun-soaked Mediterranean city or work remotely from your current location we have a spot for you.

No specific background required if youre friendly reliable and fluent in Dutch we want to hear from you.

What youll do

Youll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers helping them with questions resolving issues and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression. Youll work across channels chat email or phone depending on your role. Full training is provided before you go live with customers.

Fluent spoken and written Dutch native near-native or Flemish
Conversational English for internal communication
EU passport or valid EU work authorization
Patient empathetic and solution-focused personality
Reliable and punctual your team depends on you
Comfortable working independently especially in a remote setting
Previous experience in customer service retail or hospitality is a plus not required
