As a Customer Success Account Manager youll engage with German-speaking customers who have already shown interest. Your mission Understand their needs present the right solutions and convert interest into salesall while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What Youll Be Doing
Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Qualify leads and drive them toward a purchase decision
Recommend products/services based on customer needs
Apply a consultative sales approach to maximize conversions
Identify and act on upselling & cross-selling opportunities
Accurately log interactions and track sales activity
Meet and exceed individual sales targets & KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 08:00 18:00

What You Bring
Fluent French (C1/native) good English (B2)
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (inbound preferred)
Strong communication and closing skills
Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
Ability to quickly understand customer needs and offer solutions
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
