Legal Internship Compliance
We are looking for an energetic intern to join our Compliance Team in La Défense for a 6month internship.
During your internship you will have the opportunity to work within the Compliance team and contribute mainly to the following activities without limitation:
- Supporting the implementation of the Groups compliance program particularly regarding anti-corruption and anti-bribery as well as cross-functional Compliance projects.
- Contributing to the update and rollout of Group compliance policies procedures and framework relating to anti-corruption and anti-bribery sanctions and trade compliance and competition law.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of dashboards to monitor compliance key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assisting with the preparation of presentation materials for senior management and governance bodies.
- Contributing to internal Compliance communications including drafting content for a Compliance newsletter.
- Supporting the design and organization of training and awareness initiatives aimed at promoting a culture of compliance (training materials events such as Compliance Week etc.).
- Conducting legislative and regulatory monitoring on developments related to compliance.
The tasks listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve depending on the needs of the team and ongoing projects.
Profile:
- Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Law / Political Sciences (Master 2 DJCE) with a specialization in compliance business ethics governance or at the EFB or equivalent
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French
- Rigorous with strong attention to detail particularly in legal drafting
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Quick learner comfortable using digital tools including Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
