Job Summary
Were hiring a Social Media Assistant Intern to own format experimentation across our channels. This isnt a schedule the posts job. Youll spend most of your time creating short-form videos testing new formats and figuring out what works on TikTok Instagram LinkedIn Reddit and YouTube Shorts.
Youll work directly with our Creative Lead and report into the founding team. We move quickly and we ship a lot. If a format flops we kill it. If it works we double down within the week.
What youll do
Produce 3-5 short videos per week across our channels (talking-head screen-recording meme formats voiceovers AI-generated content)
Test new formats every week and report on whats pulling: hook rates retention saves shares
Use AI tools heavily: video generation voice cloning scripting B-roll automation thumbnail iteration
Repurpose podcast clips webinar moments and creator data into native social content
Keep an eye on what top creators in our database are doing and steal the formats that work
