Your team & responsibilities

You will join the Legal department and provide support to the operational teams across the group based in Paris London Berlin and Tangier. Your team will consist of Sophie Head of Legal and Matthieu Legal Counsel.

Your missions

• Drafting and negotiating contracts and amendments in English and French (distribution agreements licence agreements NDAs rights assignment agreements) and managing the signing and archiving process;

• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in key areas of our sector: press intellectual property personal data IT security etc.

• Advising operational teams on legal issues and drafting legal memos;

• You will be responsible for managing our SaaS contract library (Tomorro);

• In short your role combines both legal and business aspects.

Who are we looking for

You are at the right place if you

• Are studying for a Masters degree specialising in ICT law or business law (Contracts Intellectual Property Digital Law Media). A business school background would be an advantage.

• Have a fluent command of English enabling you to communicate with our international teams and draft memos or contracts in English.

• Are looking for a fulfilling and rewarding experience in a young and dynamic company with a great team to boot!

• Have at least some significant experience ideally in a similar field. You have previously been involved in drafting and negotiating contracts

• Have a genuine interest in new technologies the media and the digital sector.

• Are organised curious meticulous and a team player
