As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities across all functions within the organization.
This role goes beyond filling vacancies. You will act as a strategic partner to the business using talent market insights and candidate interactions to advise leadership and influence hiring decisions. You will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers to ensure alignment with business goals while maintaining the autonomy to drive recruitment initiatives forward.
You will also play a key role in continuously improving our recruitment function contributing to initiatives such as employer branding early careers programs and the optimization of our recruitment processes and systems.
What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles and departments from job intake to offer and hire
- Lead or contribute to recruitment-related projects applying your program management skills to deliver impact at scale
- Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to define and execute effective hiring strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating market insights and candidate feedback into actionable recommendations
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across different functions
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience ensuring a smooth transparent and professional process
- Drive continuous improvement of the recruitment process including employer branding initiatives (e.g. early careers and graduate programs)
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of recruitment infrastructure including onboarding processes and ATS systems
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and increase effectiveness
Requirements- 5-8 years of recruitment experience with a strong track record across multiple functions
- Experience in international hiring is a plus
- The ability to translate market insights and candidate conversations into strategic and actionable advice for stakeholders
- Strong assessment skills with the ability to evaluate motivations competencies and cultural fit to ensure high-quality hiring decisions
- Confidence and assertiveness to challenge and influence stakeholders combined with the persistence to drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring structure and clarity while navigating a dynamic scale-up environment
- A collaborative mindset working effectively with HRBPs hiring managers and leadership across the business
- A proactive and resilient attitude thriving in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous organization
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments is a strong plus
- Experience with program or project management is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
