Do you thrive on building connections and curating unforgettable events At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam were looking for a Meeting & Events Sales Specialist to join our team and shape memorable guest journeys through exceptional event experiences.
Your role in the journey
As a Meeting & Events Sales Specialist youll be the key contact for potential group bookings and events. Youll guide guests from first contact to final contract ensuring every detail is aligned with their vision. Your responsibilities include:
- Composing tailored quotations based on guest wishes.
- Conducting site inspections and building lasting relationships.
- Negotiating contracts pricing and terms with confidence.
- Maximizing revenue through strategic up- and cross-selling.
- Managing correspondence contracts invoices and payments.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications :

- Strong communication skills and persuasive energy.
- Calmness under pressure and excellent organizational abilities.
- A strategic mindset and commercial awareness.
- Accuracy flexibility and a helpful attitude.
- A proactive approach and a passion for hospitality.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
