Human Resource/ Talent Acquisition Manager
Seeking a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Manager to build and run an internal recruiting function while supporting HR operations. This role focuses on sourcing hiring and onboarding talent across multiple business lines reducing reliance on external recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Compensation
- Base Salary: $70000
- Bonuses tied to new hire retention (30 / 90 / 180 days) $1000 Per metric hit for a total of $3000
- Source and recruit candidates across roles including HVAC sales operations marketing and admin
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines
- Proactively engage passive candidates (not just job postings)
- Screen interview and coordinate hiring processes
- Manage job postings and recruiting platforms
- Track hiring metrics and improve recruiting processes

Qualifications
- 3 years in HR recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
- Experience hiring for trades operations or sales preferred
- Organized proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR compliance and ATS systems
Work Environment
- On-site in Bradenton FL
