Job Overview
Tekberry is seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts for our client a global leader in precision engineering and manufacturing technologies. This role will support the Corporate Group and is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions.
This position requires strong relationship-building skills the ability to manage high-volume requisitions and a creative approach to sourcing and attracting top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively partner with hiring managers and business leaders.
This is a hybrid role based out of the East Aurora / Elma NY area.

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation
Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates for alignment with role requirements
Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and coordinate interview processes
Stakeholder & Business Partnership
Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruiting strategies
Attend business meetings including town halls and team updates to stay aligned with hiring needs
Provide ongoing communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards networking and outreach
Build relationships with technical schools workforce development organizations and local talent pipelines
Events & Community Engagement
Plan and coordinate hiring events and onsite recruiting initiatives
Represent the organization at job fairs networking events and industry-related functions
Offer Management & Candidate Experience
Prepare extend and negotiate employment offers
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Systems & Reporting
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Workday (ATS)
Ensure data integrity and compliance with recruiting processes
Track recruiting activity and support reporting as needed
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience managing high-volume requisition loads
Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and urgency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting in corporate or manufacturing environments
Experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience building partnerships with schools and workforce organizations
Experience planning recruiting events or job fairs
Creative sourcing and talent attraction strategies
Work Environment
