We are looking for a Generalist marketing manager to lead end-to-end content operations across organic and performance channels. This role is responsible for ensuring the content engine runs independently with clear inputs (briefs) and actionable outputs (learnings).
You will act as the bridge between brand content and growth ensuring everything aligns with the brand voice while delivering measurable impact.
Own and manage the master content calendar across:
Organic social
Paid performance channels
Ensure consistent weekly output across all content buckets
Create clear brand-aligned creative briefs for:
Content PODs (shoots designers in-house talent)
Growth PODs (performance designer social media team)
Define:
Content direction
Deployment priorities
Optimisation strategies
Coordinate shoot days including:
Logistics
Shot lists
Talent and props
Work closely with internal teams and freelance producers to ensure smooth execution
Build and manage a nano creator & UGC network:
Identify relevant creators
Brief and guide content creation
Review and approve deliverables
Oversee publishing
Review all content before publishing to ensure:
Alignment with brand guidelines
Consistency in tone and messaging
Act as the day-to-day guardian of the brand voice across all channels
Track and analyse performance across:
Organic content
Paid campaigns
Deliver:
Weekly reports
Monthly insights and learnings
Identify gaps opportunities and new content directions proactively
2–4 years of experience in a D2C consumer brand (preferred)
Strong written communication skills:
Ability to write in brand voice
Ability to brief teams effectively
Basic understanding of Meta performance marketing:
Knows what drives engagement and conversions
Strong project management skills:
Handles multiple workstreams
Performs well under deadlines
Deep interest in:
Indian D2C ecosystem
Consumer behaviour
Content trends
Background in fashion lifestyle or jewellery brands preferred
