Description
We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales & Marketing Executive to drive export sales build global partnerships and accelerate revenue growth across international markets. The successful candidate will own B2B sales initiatives distributor relationships key account management and global marketing campaigns to position products competitively and expand market share.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in assigned regions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Manage distributor selection onboarding enablement and performance monitoring to optimize channel sales.
- Own key account relationships negotiate contracts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to craft product positioning pricing strategies and localized value propositions.
- Plan and implement global marketing campaigns trade show participation and demand generation activities tailored to target markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform market entry strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting pipeline management and regular reporting of KPIs and market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations manage export documentation and apply correct Incoterms for international shipments.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with distributors agents and corporate customers to expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing International Trade or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in international sales export sales or global business development within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success managing distributors negotiating commercial agreements and growing revenue in international markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices export documentation Incoterms and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with multicultural stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
