We are looking for a performance designer / creative strategist who can build high-converting paid social creatives for platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role requires a balance of data-driven thinking and strong creative instinct focused on delivering ads that drive measurable business results without compromising brand identity.
Develop and adapt content for paid social formats including:
Scroll-stopping hooks
High-converting CTAs
Carousel and video variations
Create performance-driven ad concepts and storylines aligned with the brand philosophy:
“Great design. Real Value. No Compromise.”
Analyse and optimise creatives based on key metrics:
CTR (Click-Through Rate)
CVR (Conversion Rate)
Hook Rate (first 3-second retention)
Thumb-stop ratio
Script storyboard and coordinate with UGC creators and influencers to produce performance-led content
Continuously refresh remix and iterate winning creatives to avoid ad fatigue
Collaborate with:
Media buyers
Designers
Marketing generalists
to align creatives with campaign objectives
Conduct competitor research and analyse consumer behaviour to generate new creative ideas
Leverage existing brand assets to build new creatives — no blank-page execution
1–4 years of experience in:
Performance marketing
Creative strategy
Content production (preferably in D2C brands)
Strong understanding of:
Meta Ads Manager
Paid social performance metrics
Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Ability to create content aligned with brand tone and positioning
Experience managing or creating content for Instagram or YouTube is a plus
Strong brand sensibility — ability to balance performance with brand integrity
