Job Summary

Job Description:

5-10 years experience in Performance testing and engineering.
The role involves defining performance testing strategy executing end to end performance tests analyzing system behavior under load.
Strong Loadrunner Script Creation Execution and Monitoring experience.

Ability to design workload models based on business NFRs and SLAs.
Experience in Load Stress Spike Endurance and Scalability testing.
Strong Defect Identification and Triage skills
Compilation of Performance Test Results and identification of potential issues/bottlenecks

Good communication skills
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks

Required:

Strong expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter for scripting and test execution.
Understanding of basic performance metrics: TPS RT Memory GC CPU Throughput etc.

Desired:

Performance testing and Performance Engineering
Strong monitoring experience (Dynatrace) &Triage performance issues with Dev teams.

Log analysis and issue correlation using Splunk
