UIUX Designer (Associate)

About the Role:
We are looking to transition our high-performing interns into full-time Associate UI/UX designer. As a graduate we expect you to bring a strong theoretical foundation to our R&D team helping us bridge the gap between academic research and production-grade UI/UX solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design responsive user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences.

• Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and evaluate design effectiveness.

• Work closely with UX researchers developers and product managers to translate requirements into wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs.

• Interpret user journeys personas and use cases into well-structured UI flows and layouts.

• Ensure brand consistency by following established brand guidelines design systems and style guides while contributing to their growth.

• Create and manage UI assets design libraries and reusable components for scalable usage across projects.

• Design with accessibility (WCAG 2.1) usability heuristics and responsive best practices in mind.

• Deliver detailed design specifications UI kits and handoff files (e.g. Figma Zeplin XD) for development teams.

• Conduct design reviews and usability tests iterating on feedback to refine designs.

• Collaborate in agile cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.
  
   

Qualifications :

Educational qualification:

• Bachelors degree in design Interaction Design HCI or related fields.

Required Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in design Interaction Design HCI or related fields.

• Programming: Experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.

• Frameworks: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Photoshop Illustrator and prototyping tools.

• Knowledge: Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards usability heuristics and design best practices.

• Prior Experience: Proven ability to conduct user research interviews and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Portfolio with strong examples of web and mobile application UI/UX design.

• Case study or project showcasing design process reasoning and final outcomes.
