UIUX Designer (Associate)
Job Summary
About the Role:
We are looking to transition our high-performing interns into full-time Associate UI/UX designer. As a graduate we expect you to bring a strong theoretical foundation to our R&D team helping us bridge the gap between academic research and production-grade UI/UX solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design responsive user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences.
Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and evaluate design effectiveness.
Work closely with UX researchers developers and product managers to translate requirements into wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
Interpret user journeys personas and use cases into well-structured UI flows and layouts.
Ensure brand consistency by following established brand guidelines design systems and style guides while contributing to their growth.
Create and manage UI assets design libraries and reusable components for scalable usage across projects.
Design with accessibility (WCAG 2.1) usability heuristics and responsive best practices in mind.
Deliver detailed design specifications UI kits and handoff files (e.g. Figma Zeplin XD) for development teams.
Conduct design reviews and usability tests iterating on feedback to refine designs.
Collaborate in agile cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors degree in design Interaction Design HCI or related fields.
Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in design Interaction Design HCI or related fields.
Programming: Experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
Frameworks: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Photoshop Illustrator and prototyping tools.
Knowledge: Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards usability heuristics and design best practices.
Prior Experience: Proven ability to conduct user research interviews and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Portfolio with strong examples of web and mobile application UI/UX design.
Case study or project showcasing design process reasoning and final outcomes.
Additional Information :
