Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency Orchestration & Strategy
- Manage multiple performance marketing agencies setting clear KPIs auditing their execution and ensuring they stay aligned with brand goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace account managers to unlock beta features and premium ad placements.
2. Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Directly manage and mentor a team of Junior Performance Marketing Executives and E-commerce Operation Executives.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making ensuring the Ops team and Marketing team work in a seamless feedback loop.
3. Integrated Marketplace Operations
- Stock-Sync Marketing: Align campaign scaling with SOH (Stock on Hand) and DOH (Days on Hand). Ensure that ads are never running on Out of Stock or Low Fill Rate regions.
- PO Coordination: Work with the E-commerce Ops team to track POs (Purchase Orders) and timing marketing blitzes with warehouse inwarding.
4. Performance & Budget Ownership
- Deploy and optimize a monthly budget of 1.5 Cr across AMS Flipkart Ads and Q-Com platforms for both Search & Merch.
- Deep-dive into search term reports share-of-shelf data and contribution margins to drive profitable growth.
