AsVendor ManagementSpecialistyouwill bedirectly responsiblefor theoperational successof YETIs external customer experience vendors.As part of our Customer Experience teamyoullhelp ensure our external partners deliver the premium service our customers expect.You willserve as a key link betweenvendors and internalglobal and regionalteamsincludingOperationsTraining QAto ensure consistent execution updated SOPs andaccurateperformance insights whichkeep ourvendor operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Support daytodaycommunication with vendor partners including responding to inquiries coordinating updates andfacilitatingoperational alignment
Provide support forvendorperformance monitoring surfacing trends or discrepancies to theappropriate internalleaders
Maintain and managevendoractionlog(s) ensuringaccurateupdates progress tracking andfollowthroughon owner assignments
Track open items deadlines and crossfunctional dependencies to ensuretimelyresolution
Maintain and updatevendorquery doc including responding to inquiriesvalidatingcontent and supporting trend identification.
Ownvendorquery doc reporting surfacing themes operational blockers and required escalations toappropriate stakeholders
Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for vendor agents including credentialing systems access and alignment with internal teams.
Assistvendor partners with technical issue routing
Identifyand escalate recurring issues knowledge gaps or operational risks to internal leaders
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelors degreepreferred
Greater than 2yearsof relevant experiencein operationscustomer experiencevendor support or cross-functional coordination.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience communicating effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
ProficiencywithMicrosoft Excel WordPowerPointConfluenceand other internal systems for reporting and documentation.
Ability to move from analysis to recommendations

Completeness and insightfulness of query doc reporting

Reduction in repeat partner issues or escalations due totimelydocumentation updates
