Job Summary
PPRM is supporting 2 Projects in which Interns/Temps can be of service
1) Historical Index Card Project ( 147000 cards)
a. Scanning of 3*5 index cards
b. Data Capture into Excel Spreadsheet
c. Quality Check of Scanned images vs Index Cards Scanned
d. Quality check of Info capture on Excel
e. Other Reconciliation
2) Re-inventory of Boxes with Physical Case files
a. sorting of Case files
b. Inventory existing Boxes to Identify the Actual cases in those boxes.
c. Updating Excel Sheet for Inventory Taken
d. Quality Check of GRM System Entry against Box

SUMMER COLLEGE INTERN - 10234
Qualifications :
As of June of the Program year the prospective intern must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (winter/spring term of the Program year).
NOTE: Appointment to this title is only valid for the duration of the Program June - August each year.
