Job Summary
DNV Maritime Advisory supports maritime leaders in making strategic decisions in an industry undergoing rapid transformation. Based in Singapore the team works across Southeast Asia the Pacific and India advising shipowners charterers energy companies ports financial institutions and maritime technology providers.

- Digitalisation and operational performance
- Maritime strategy and market development
Policy and regulatory developments shaping the industry
Key Responsibilities
As an intern you will:
- Support the development of client proposals and strategic advisory engagements
- Conduct market analysis across shipping ports and maritime energy sectors
- Identify emerging opportunities in maritime decarbonisation and digitalisation
- Assist in client meeting preparation and stakeholder mapping
- Monitor regulatory and policy developments impacting the maritime sector
Contribute to research and analysis for consulting projects and industry studies
Example Project Areas
- Decarbonisation strategies for shipping companies
- Alternative fuel and infrastructure readiness for ports
- Market assessments for emerging maritime technologies and fuels

Qualifications
- MBA (preferred) or Masters degree studies in maritime shipping logistics energy transport or related fields
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Interest in maritime decarbonisation energy transition and industry transformation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Curiosity initiative and a collaborative mindset
- MBA or Masters students with interest in maritime strategy energy transition and business development
- Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI Tableau Python or similar) is beneficial but not required.
