Business Analyst & Application Testing Senior Associate

We are seeking adetailorientedBusiness Analystcum Application Testerto bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements translating them into functional specifications and ensuring application quality through thorough testing across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Collaborate with business users to understand processes pain points and improvement opportunities

• PrepareBusiness Requirement Documents (BRD)Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) andUser Stories

• Conduct requirement reviews walkthroughs and validations with stakeholders

• Act as a liaison between business development and testing teams

• Support UAT planning execution andsignoff

• Manage requirement changes and perform impact analysis

Application Testing Responsibilities

• Design andmaintaintest plans test cases and test scenariosbased on requirements

• Performfunctional integration system regression and UAT testing

• Execute manual test cases and support automated testing where applicable

• Identify log track and retest defects using defect tracking tools

• Validate fixes and ensure compliance with business and functional requirements

• Ensure test coverage and quality standards are met before release

• Support production releases andpostdeploymentverification

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field

• 57 years of experience as aBusiness Analyst Application Tester or hybrid role

• Strong understanding ofSDLC STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation

• Handsonexperience with manual testing

• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA Azure DevOps ALM)

• Strong analyticalproblemsolving and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
