1. Role Summary
Drive operational excellence across the entire Quick Commerce (QCOM) portfolio.
Ensure high On-Shelf Availability (OSA) across the Britannia portfolio on all ecommerce platforms.
Own end-to-end ecommerce operations in close collaboration with KAM and Supply.

Drive day-to-day ecommerce operational performance across all QCOM accounts
Monitor fill rates in-stock % OSA and service levels
Identify gaps and ensure timely resolution to avoid sales loss - OSA & Inventory Management
Ensure consistent On-Shelf Availability across the Britannia portfolio
Minimize stock-outs and reduce ageing/slow-moving inventory for ecom exclusives
Ensure new town additions are done with best of operational effectiveness - QCOM Operations Management
Own operational metrics across Zepto Blinkit Instamart and other QCOM partners
Ensure smooth execution of listings assortment updates and NPD launches
Monitor order fulfilment SLAs and escalate deviations proactively - Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a bridge between KAM team and Supply Chain team
Collaborate with platform operations teams to resolve backend issues - Data & Reporting
Track and publish daily/weekly OSA and fill rate dashboards
Analyze root causes for stock-outs or service failures
Drive corrective actions through structured reviews
