Main Technology: SAP HANA (SD module end user experience)
Mandatory Skills: SAP HANA (SD module end user experience) Excel (intermediate level)
Optional Skills: Soft skills excellent oral and written communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:
Hands-on support in SAP/S4 HANA SD for day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
Manage end-to-end O2C processes for multiple countries and contribute to process optimization and standardization.
Identify root causes on issues faced in O2C value chain.
Drive month-end closing activities and enforce controls to maintain audit compliance.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including Finance IT and Customers to ensure smooth operations.
Deliver clear timely communication and status updates to stakeholders and clients.
Work independently to analyze data & prepare reports.

Required qualifications and skills:
Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Proven end-to-end O2C experience including process improvement and standardization.
Strong working knowledge of SAP / S4 HANA SD
Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to implement solutions across the O2C value chain.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliverables.
Experience driving month-end closings and implementing audit-compliant controls.
Strong communication skills and proven client- or stakeholder-management capability.

Education:
Bachelor/ masters degree (Science & Commerce)
Good academic track record and grades

Job Type: On-Role of Randstad India Pvt Ltd
Shift time: It will be eight and a half hours of shift in total (8:30). Usually the shifts are 11am-19:30pm or 12pm-20:30pm
Transport Facility: Yes (this will be a paid service)
Working Days: Team follows specific country holidays (12 country specific holidays per year)
