Job Summary
Our agricultural client has been live on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for several years and is seeking an experienced EC Specialist to provide day-to-day system support and operational expertise on the ground in Australia. This role is critical as the organisation reviews its broader HR operating model across countries and regions. You will be the key SAP SF EC resource in Australia working closely with international counterparts to ensure system stability data integrity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administration configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Manage and resolve system incidents service requests and configuration changes. Support HR teams with org management position management and employee lifecycle events.
- Assist with data quality monitoring and audits within EC.
- Collaborate with global and North American counterparts to align on system standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the review and redesign of the HR operating model as it relates to EC processes.
- Support future enhancements release cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3 years SAP SuccessFactors EC configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and data management.
- Experience in global multi-country SF deployments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Agricultural or complex industry background HR operating model or transformation experience.
- Familiarity with ECP or WFS modules.

Required Skills:
5 years SAP SuccessFactors WFS or SAP Time Management experience. Workforce scheduling in shift-based or seasonal environments. Post go-live WFS stabilisation experience Strong cross-functional stakeholder communication. Agricultural manufacturing or complex workforce industry background. Change management or training delivery experience. Familiarity with SF EC or ECP modules.
