Whats the role

As a Digital Learning Specialist youll design and deliver engaging learnercentred content that supports Banker Professional Development and Accreditation across a highperforming banking organisation. Drawing on instructional design and adult learning principles youll create highquality multimedia eLearning graphic and AIenabled learning assets that drive engagement accessibility and measurable impact.

Youll specialise in the handson endtoend design and production of engaging digital learning content working closely with stakeholders to cocreate innovative experiences aligned to organisational standards and quality frameworks. Reporting to the Senior Manager Capability Solutions youll harness emerging technologies and learning analytics to continuously refine content and maximise learning impact.

Whatdo I need

  • Demonstrated experience in multimedia development graphic design eLearning authoring and digital content production in a banking or financial services environment
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Captivate) graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and AI-assisted content creation tools
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment (minimum)
  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology Graphic Design Multimedia or related field (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles adult learning theory and learner-centric design
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g. AR/VR AI adaptive learning) and digital authoring platforms relevant to banking capability programs
  • Experience creating interactive storyboards and prototypes to communicate digital learning experiences and engage stakeholders
  • Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Creativity strong visual design sensibility and a passion for producing high-quality digital learning experiences
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of conducting user testing and analytics-driven design refinements
