In this role youll be right at the centre of our growth strategy - crafting compelling high-quality submissions and coordinating bids that help us win new business and deliver critical infrastructure across Australia. You will be working closely with the wider Business Development (BD) team to help support and manage day-to-day coordination of the business development processes creating high quality strategic response that fulfil our client requests.
About the Role
Reporting Line: General Manager Business Development.
Location: Melbourne or Sydney (hybrid working arrangements supported)
Working rights: AU Citizenship is required.
Role type: Full-time permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Bid content development
- Pull together critical information from across the business to build winning tender responses.
- Craft tailored high-impact content that directly addresses client requirements.
- Leverage visual content to bring proposals to life and boost impact.
- Direct cross-functional teams to develop focused high-quality bid content.
- Allocate and track deliverables across document management formatting and visual content.
Governance
- Drive the development of governance documentation ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure all governance deadlines and criteria are consistently achieved.
- Manage tender processes end-to-end ensuring portfolio information is accurate and up to date.
Skills and Experience
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- 2 or more years experience in a coordination role.
- Industry experience in Telecommunications or Utilities highly regarded.
- Capability in digital and visual content creation highly regarded.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence through writing and conversation.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Background in a Business Development team strongly preferred.
