Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end high-volume recruiting for operational and professional roles across multiple locations. This role owns the full hiring lifecyclefrom workforce planning and sourcing through offers background checks onboarding and day-one readinesswhile ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely fulfillment of staffing needs.

This is a hands-on execution-driven role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments manages multiple requisitions simultaneously and is coachable adaptable and eager to grow within a structured recruiting function.

Position Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Location: Remote
  • Shift Time: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Shift Days: Monday - Friday
  • Salary: $50000 - $55000
  • Bonus potential

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Sourcing

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs role requirements timelines and selection criteria
  • Manage high-volume requisitions across multiple sites and roles simultaneously
  • Source candidates using job boards (Indeed ZipRecruiter etc.) ATS databases referrals social media and proactive outreach
  • Create post and optimize job descriptions to attract qualified candidates
  • Screen applicants through phone interviews resume reviews and qualification assessments
  • Maintain consistent candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs

Interviewing & Selection

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Provide guidance on candidate selection and hiring decisions
  • Maintain clear timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process
  • Ensure a professional inclusive and positive candidate experience

Offers Background Checks & Onboarding

  • Prepare and extend verbal and written offer letters
  • Initiate and track background checks and pre-employment screenings
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation new hire paperwork and system entry
  • Ensure all pre-hire requirements are completed accurately and on time

Process Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS including interview notes and hiring documentation
  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws
  • Track recruiting activity hiring progress and time-to-fill metrics
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows and processes to support efficiency and scalability

Employer Branding & Talent Strategy

  • Support recruitment events job fairs and community outreach initiatives
  • Contribute to employer branding and sourcing strategies to strengthen talent pipelines
  • Promote diversity equity and inclusion throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate staffing trends and long-term workforce needs

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in talent acquisition recruiting or a related role
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards ATS platforms and proactive outreach methods
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Coach-ability and openness to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
