Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 9 years
- Experience as Product Owner in Agile environments
- Must have Skills: Product Ownership Product Planning and Roadmapping
- Good To Have Skills SAFe
- Strong experience in product backlog ownership prioritization and roadmap alignment
- Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories acceptance criteria PRD/FRD
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working closely with engineering design and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with JIRA / Azure DevOps / Confluence or similar tools
- Good understanding of systems integrations and data flows
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Exposure to analytics data-driven decision making or AI-enabled products
- Domain experience in retail sales execution or field force automation
- Experience with mobile applications or digital platforms
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to product goals and roadmap
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog grooming and refinement sessions with engineering teams
- Participate in sprint planning reviews and demos
- Track delivery progress and proactively flag risks or dependencies
- Act as the first point of contact for feature-level clarifications during development
- Support UAT defect triage and release readiness activities
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvements
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
