State Business Development Manager (Queensland)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sate Business Development Manager to join our team in this recently created position. The Queensland State Business Development role is focused on developing and executing a program of business development recruitment and referral generation activities that deliver growth for St. Vincents three QLD-based Private hospitals including VMO recruitment VMO practice growth and GP/specialist-referral generation programs as well as clinical innovation opportunities.
Be responsible for driving demand for specialty services in line with St. Vincents Private Hospitals strategic plans. The State Business Development Manager acts as the conduit between the State executive team Hospitals leadership teams incoming Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) their Practice Managers and referring GPs and shares responsibility with other St. Vincents executives for ensuring St Vincents maintains positive long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with VMOs.
What you bring:
Considerable experience in a Commercial leadership role within a clinical healthcare setting preferably private hospitals
Healthcare Sales business development experience
Marketing & customer engagement experience
Ability to identify build and develop new and existing relationships with doctors.
Ability to link key strategies to delivery of commercial outcomes.
High level interpersonal presentation and communications skills.
Ability to effectively time manage site strategies
Flexibility to work before and after business hours as required
Target driven positive attitude
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to overall results
