- Serve as primary AR contact for top-tier customers
- Develop strategies to reduce aged receivables and improve cash flow
- Present AR insights into leadership and recommend process improvements
- Mentor Level I and II staff on advanced AR practices
Skills & Traits:We value accuracy independence and a strong command of AR systems. Ideal candidates will bring:- Deep understanding of manufacturing AR dynamics
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive change and influence cross-functional teams

Physical Requirements: Sit for long durations of time up to 8 hours. Work at a computer and keyboard for majority of work time. Stand walk bend twist and reach frequently throughout the work shift. Must occasionally lift to 25 pounds waist level.Mental Requirements:Work in a fast-paced environment adapt to assignment changes easily ability to multi-task learn office procedures and learn and use new software. Must be detailed oriented; communicate effectively via oral and written with all levels of employees vendors and customers.Direction & Decision Making:Complete directives given either verbally or written make and assist in determining logical decisions.Knowledge & Experience:- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or 7 years accounts receivable experience required.
- Strong computer knowledge including spreadsheets.
- International collections experience preferred.
- Working with customer portals preferred knowledge.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
Compensation Range:
60000 - 75000
