About the Role:
As an IT Support Engineer you are responsible for supporting our internal IT environment customer systems and the connectivity between them. You act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues and work closely with R&D and international customers.
Role description:
Resolve complex issues related to camera systems VPNs and Windows environments
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
Manage and support infrastructure (Microsoft/Linux servers VMware Kubernetes Azure/365)
Maintain and optimize networks (firewalls routers VPNs)
Support product integrations and improve system scalability
Collaborate with R&D and other (senior) engineers
Communicate effectively with international customers
Requirements:
English skills -advanced
4 years in technical support or systems engineering
Strong knowledge of Windows networking (TCP/IP DNS firewalls) and VPNs
Experience with VMware and basic Linux; Kubernetes is a plus
Familiarity with video surveillance systems is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
Certifications (CCNA MCSA/MCSE Network/Security)
Scripting skills (PowerShell Python)
