Responsibilities:

• Review analyze and resolve customer application inquiries using sound engineering principles and in line with business standards procedures product requirements and deadlines.

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers on the full range of Grid Automation products with a focus on protection systems digital control systems network management and cybersecurity.

• Support customers by phone in meetings and through site visits as needed.

• Assist the Commercial/Sales team in identifying the best technical solutions promoting products delivering presentations supporting technical negotiations and preparing formal tenders for Grid Automation products and solutions based on customer requirements.

• Deliver customer training and technical sessions on the application and operation of Grid Automation products and services.

• Attend trade shows seminars and conferences as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Electronic Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.

• Experience in cybersecurity preferably in OT environments.

• Strong knowledge of substation control system applications in the Transmission & Distribution sector.

• Experience with IEC 61850-based substation automation solutions is highly desirable.

• Working knowledge of substation protection substation automation and RTUs with the ability to support customers in selecting and implementing the best GE solution for their needs.

• Experience with network protocols HMI systems and software packages is highly desirable.

• Ability to analyze specific applications and prepare technical reports.

• Commercial awareness and business acumen.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Language skills in English Romanian and Serbo-Croatian are required; Greek is an advantage for written and verbal customer communication.
