Job Summary
What is the role
We are seeking a passionate Test Data Manager with experience to lead the test data management function in non-production environments across large program initiatives. Embedded within a domain you will oversee the test data management function including data refresh data provisioning data governance and test data tooling across multiple projects.

What do I need
- Experience in implementing test data strategies for the domain program of work based on the requirement.
- Align test data practices with business testing and compliance requirements.
- Drive adoption of test data tools automation and best practices across teams
- Ensure test data complies with data privacy regulations
- Oversee data masking anonymization and sanitization processes.
- Maintain audit trails and support internal and external compliance reviews.
- Integrate test data processes with CI/CD pipelines and environment automation frameworks.
- Promote automation of data provisioning and masking workflows.
- Promote consistent data masking approach across the enterprise.
- Excellent leadership skills to coach and mentor vendor staff to perform to the highest of their ability.
- Coordinating test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications ensuring that data compliance requirements are met.
- Ability to work in Agile environments.
- Experience with industry-standard test data management tools/platforms.
This role involves co-ordination across multiple large programs of work on their test data management approach and provisioning of data based on program need. Also this role will require you to manage test data refresh and masking activities gathering compliance requirements and translating them into effective data masking and sub-setting approaches.
Additionally oversee ongoing test data services and support for multiple projects while actively engaging with stakeholders to drive technical discussions and provide regular reporting.
