Data Platform & Apps Lead

We are seeking an experienced Data Platform & Applications Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of data platform initiatives supporting large-scale BSS/OSS transformation programs within a telecom environment.

The Data Platform & Apps Lead will own end-to-end delivery of data platform changes across upstream and downstream systems supporting large-scale BSS/OSS transformation programs. The role involves managing the full lifecycle from design through build test and release while tracking dependencies resolving blockers and ensuring timely high-quality outcomes. Acting as a key liaison between the Data Migration team and downstream system owners they will lead impact assessment workshops governance forums and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and drive decisions. The role also focuses on proactively managing risks to platform stability enforcing data quality through validation and reconciliation frameworks and ensuring robust rollback strategies are in place to safeguard operations and downstream

Qualifications :

• Strong experience in data platform delivery and program management preferably within telecom
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale BSS/OSS transformation or migration programs
• Experience managing complex system dependencies and multi-stream delivery
• Strong understanding of data platforms data migration and integration architectures
• Expertise in risk management data quality governance and validation frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage across business and technical teams
• Experience facilitating governance forums workshops and executive-level reporting
• Ability to operate in fast-paced enterprise transformation environments
