Your contribution at AIG

Answering customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email
Providing accurate product/marketing/service information to clients
Taking orders and providing after sales service
Maintaining a professional and good image to customers on providing business services
No shifting is required and 5 days work week

What we are looking for

Good communication and written skills in English Cantonese;
Good in Microsoft Office preferred PC literate and able to type fast.
Good team player with positive attitude and modesty good time management and organization skills
Proactive mindset and eagerness to take on can-do attitude
Self-motivated eager to learn responsible and patient
Able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills
3 year relevant work experiences in Front desk/Admin or Contact Center would be an advantage
