Job Summary
Requirements:
- Degree in Transportation Business Management or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience preferable in railway operations of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
- Hands on experience in quality management quality improvement project or crisis management is preferred
- Training and experience in quality assurance activities including development quality assurance systems and organizing promotional events to cultivate quality culture
- Strong analytical interpersonal and supervisory skills supported by a positive and proactive work attitude

Responsibilities:
- Develop maintain and enhance Hong Kong Transport Services Business Unit (HKTS) crisis response manuals protocols facilities and related equipment
- Plan implement and regularly review the HKTS crisis response programme incorporating lessons learned
- Benchmark industry best practices and explore new crisis response applications to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate crisis response and recovery activities and maintain communication with HKTS Business Units for feedback
- Execute and support quality projects to improve operational processes in line with management direction
- Perform management assigned tasks and provide general support on operational excellence initiatives
