Job Summary
This is not your average recruitment gig. This is your chance to be part of a national Talent Acquisition team (of 8) that thrives on connection creativity and delivering high-impact outcomes. Based out of our South Perth office 2-3 days per week youll be the engine that keeps our WA talent pipeline flowing.
A peek into your new role
- Delivering high-volume TA support youll be primarily recruiting Educators and Coordinators for our WA services
- Building strong partnerships and capability amongst your hiring managers - setting clear expectations communicating progress etc
- Building pipelines creating standout ads proactively sourcing and maintaining candidate momentum
- Monitoring market trends sharing insights and evolving our TA strategy
- Taking part in broader TA/P&C projects

- Experience gained from working within a high volume fast paced recruitment environment - potentially retail hosp etc
- You love people its wired into your DNA and you love creating meaningful moments for people
- Youre as cool as a cucumber in a high pressure fast paced environment
- Youre super organised can keep everything on track and youre comfortable managing your own time
- You are driven. Youre curious youre perceptive and you strive to understand
- You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and youre comfortable communicating at all levels. Youre authentic when you express yourself
