THE POSITION

AsHead ofTalent Acquisition you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Compass Group Australias national Talent Acquisition function. Leading a team of experienced TA leaders you will ensure high-volume recruitment delivery support complex contract mobilisations and demobilisations and position the business to respond proactively to evolving labour market conditions.

• Lead and develop a national team of Talent Acquisition Team Leaders and recruitment teams

• Own national recruitment performance workforceriskand mobilisation readiness

• Partner with People & Culture SectorLeadersand Workforce Planning to align talent delivery with business demand

• Set the national direction for candidate experience EVPdeliveryand recruitment operating rhythm

• Drive continuous improvement through data insights technologyoptimisationand disciplined governance

THE PERSON

You are a senior Talent Acquisition leader with a strong enterprise mindset and experienceoperatingin complex high-volume environments. You are commercially astute calm under pressure and confident influencing at executive level.

• Proven experience leading large national Talent Acquisition functions

• Demonstrated success leading leaders of leaders and building sustainable capability

• Strong background in workforce mobilisation high-volumerecruitmentand labour market navigation

• Experience partnering with workforce planning and senior business leaders to mitigate talent risk

• Data-informed outcomes-focusedand comfortable driving change at scale
