Whats the role
The Talent Manager enables strong enterprise talent outcomes through disciplined management of talent data systems and reporting. The role translates complex talent information into clear evidencebased insights that inform executive succession planning enterprise talent forums and senior leadership decisionmaking. Operating with strong rigour and data governance the role supports executive development activity and provides clear visibility of succession readiness and talent risk across priority roles with highquality Boardready reporting.
What do I need
Youll thrive in this role if you enjoy using data insight governance and people development strategy to support enterprise talent decisionmaking. Youll bring clarity and rigour to succession planning and senior leadership processes by leaning into your hybrid skill set of People/OD/insights and reporting. Additionally youll bring:
- Strong capability in managing talent data systems and executiveready reporting with a high level of accuracy rigour and attention to detail.
- Proven experience translating data into clear practical insights for senior stakeholders supported by strong written communication skills.
- Experience in talent management people analytics HR reporting or a related role within a large or complex organisation.
- High levels of judgement discretion and integrity when working with sensitive and confidential information.
- A disciplined governance and continuous improvement mindset to deliver highquality outcomes.
